The CEO of the company is the British partner, engineer Tariq Nour, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the American University of Sharjah and a Master’s in Business Administration / Projects specializing in construction projects and strategic and financial plans from the prestigious British University of Coventry. With extensive experience across the Gulf region – including the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia – his expertise includes development, project management and strategic planning in the real estate sector. The founding partners have a wealth of diverse experience from various global markets, including the Middle East, North Africa, Africa in general, Europe and North America. Their expertise covers a wide range of industries such as air transport services, airport management, information technology, electronic operating systems, mining, general trading and petrochemicals, complex petroleum industries, agriculture, financial markets and sports investments. Our portfolio (so far) includes three distinct plots of land designated for residential, hotel, commercial, administrative, medical and mixed-use projects. Juzoor has a plan to expand and develop in other Arab and European countries, and this will happen at the beginning of the year 2026.
